At Quantum Leap Automation Inc., we focus exclusively on industrial automation — the work that keeps Ontario's manufacturing, processing, and utility facilities running. We don't divide our attention across residential or light commercial work. Industrial is our lane, and we go deep.

Our Approach
Three disciplined phases, zero hand-offs. Every project delivered by the same team from initial scope to operator sign-off.
We start with thorough engineering: electrical schematics, control system design, I/O lists, load calculations, P&IDs, and full drawing packages. Nothing gets built until the engineering is right.
Our certified panel shop fabricates to drawing — CSA and UL 508A compliant. Factory acceptance testing happens before your panel ships, so on-site surprises don't happen.
Licensed field installation, commissioning, PLC/HMI startup, and operator training. We document everything and we stay until the system is running as designed.
The Team
Our team brings together licensed electrical expertise with automation engineering and hands-on panel building experience.
Master Electrician — Licensed
Licensed Master Electrician overseeing all field installations and power systems work. Extensive experience with industrial facilities, high-voltage distribution, and Ontario Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) compliance.
Automation Engineer
Certified in Rockwell, Siemens, and Omron platforms. Responsible for PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA integration, and control system design across all industrial project types.
Panel Build Technician
Certified panel builder specializing in UL 508A and CSA-compliant control panels. Manages the full in-house fabrication process from material receipt through factory acceptance testing.
